WHAT TO EXPECT

What happens during a session?
We start with a quick check-in about your problem areas and pressure preferences. Your therapist then uses slow, deliberate strokes and sustained pressure to work into the deeper tissue layers, focusing on the areas that need the most release.
How should I prepare?
Drink plenty of water before your session and avoid heavy meals just beforehand. Wear something comfortable — you'll undress to your level of comfort and remain fully draped throughout.
Will it be painful?
Deep tissue work is firm, but it should always sit within a 'good hurt' range. Communication is essential — let your therapist know at any point if you'd like the pressure dialled up or eased back.
How will I feel afterwards?
Most clients leave feeling looser, lighter and more mobile. Some tenderness in the worked areas for 24–48 hours is normal — drink plenty of water, take a warm bath if you can, and give your body time to settle.
